About Apollo
Apollo is Honar's own display and back bar refrigeration brand, built around removable cassette refrigeration systems that make servicing straightforward, and Low-E argon-filled double-glazed glass doors for energy efficiency and clear product visibility. Newer models in the range run on R290 ozone-friendly refrigerant and are rated for high-ambient operation up to 40–43°C — built for real New Zealand and Pacific kitchen and bar conditions, not just showroom temperatures.
The range covers vertical glass door chillers, multi-door back bar display cabinets, low-height under-bench chillers and coolroom pass-through cabinets, in stainless steel and black finishes with full-length LED lighting throughout.
